The following example images were all processed from the same RF data frame (cross-section of carotid artery), but the filter and threshold parameters were varied.
Estimated velocities appear differently in each image.
Each filter and threshold value may have its own bias. We suggest that you try different filter settings for processing.
The type of transducer and imaging mode can also influence wall filter performance and velocity estimation.
